Pegasus Faucet Critiques: Words From The Client

What speaks more honestly of any product than the feedback and criticisms from precise clients? With this thought in thoughts, I made a decision to scour the net forums in an effort to provide snippets of customer thoughts and experiences regarding taps, sinks, and different fixtures within the Pegasus product line. That is an ongoing process, but what I've found has impressed me to date. Pegasus homeowners (and former homeowners) are an opinionated bunch. Many have strong opinions on product experiences across many brands, from the cheapest no-title low cost fixtures to the most expensive and elite fixtures available wherever. Of these opinions, here are a few of essentially the most fascinating:

Saw a Pegasus model faucet at Residence Depot. It was about $70 more than the higher Moen taps and weighed a ton. The faucet is made in China, but is stable brass and has a ceramic valve and brushed nickel finish. The issue is that I don't know anything about this brand. Does anybody on the market have any experience with Pegasus?

Here was yet one more potential consumer who was impressed with the quality and design of the Pegasus brand, but knew virtually nothing about it... nor had any experiences with it, and was merely looking for extra data:

Pegasus Faucets is made by International Taps. The same firm that makes Glacier Bay for the House Depot. Pegasus was primarily a high finish model for the Expo Design Facilities. However, after just a little argument with Value Pfister, who refused to make exclusive Residence Depot models, their account was dropped and Pegasus began manufacturing related fashions. They are first in quality and I would suggest them to anyone along with the Delta faucets Home Depot sells. I personally personal several of the Pegasus faucets and am impressed with the end and the craftsmanship of the product. Better of all, it has a lifetime guarantee! I chose the brushed nickel end & the tub filler weighs a ton. Constructed solid.

Another contributor adds:

I am fairly positive this can be a House Depot "non-public label" product. Seems they have 2-three strains that only they carry. Do a seek for "pegasus faucet" and you need to find an handle w/customer support no. I am looking for brushed nickel, single lever handles and they're few and much between!

(Word: Pegasus shouldn't be an organization however a "model" that's unique to House Depot. Of the Pegasus product line, all are of top quality but they are not all from the identical producer: Some come from Italy while others are manufactured in China. ) Here is another owner's expertise:

We put in a Pegasus faucet for our lavatory sink about 3 months in the past, and it's working perfectly. No problems in any respect with set up - we made certain to read the directions totally to avoid problems later. We're very happy with each how the tap appears and how it's working. It is by far the nicest faucet we've ever had, and we're planning to switch all our taps and shower/tub controls with Pegasus merchandise. I am presently on the lookout for information on the full line. Thus far that is my only gripe - they should have a website!
